Rental Pricing and Event Services for Groups and Parties

Picnic/Party Site: Site rental is for 4 hours (from 10:00am until 2:00pm or 2:30 to 6:30) includes a 20 X 20 tent, one 8ft table, electric, tables & chairs for guests, trash cans and trash removal, vehicle access for unloading & loading and handicap parking.

Pricing: – up to 50 guests $275.00

                – up to 75 guests $350.00

                – up to 100 guests $450.00

                – up to 150 guests $600.00

                – up to 200 guests $750.00

               *Request a price quote for parties over 200 guests.

                Deposit: $100 at the time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable, 2 weeks prior to your event.

**Events during our Fall Festival dates, are subject to an additional $10.00 per person charge.

Additional Party Sites:   Site rental is for 4 hours (from 10:00am until 2:00pm or 2:30 to 6:30)

                  up to 40 guests – $195.00 – 20 X 20 tent, one 8ft table, tables & chairs for guests, trash can and trash removal (no electric hookup)

                  up to 25 guests – $125.00 – 12 X 12 tent, one 8ft table, tables & chairs for guests, trash can and trash removal (no electric hookup)

Deposit: $50 at the time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable 2 weeks prior to your event.

Fire Ring – at site (includes firewood) – $100.00

Other Equipment – Chairs – $ 2.00 each

                                     Tables (8 foot) – $ 10.00 each

                                                  (5 foot round) – $ 12.00 each

                                     Gas Grill (Gas Included) – $ 100.00

This list is not all inclusive. We can customize your event to include additional items at your request to create a special event for you and your guests.

Note: Site location and activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, and other variables not in our control.

Hidden Creek Farms Rental Policy

Pumpkins and Fall decorations are not included, but can be purchased.

Event guests are to park in the main parking lot at the front of the property and enter through the entrance gate.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Credit card payments for rental equipment, site rental and event services are subject to a 3% charge.

Customers will be charged for all damages that result from misuse of our equipment or facilities.

Event Rules

      – No activities are allowed without prior approval (such as bounce houses, slip and slides, playground equipment etc.).

      – No alcohol permitted without prior approval.

      – No Pets. Service animals are welcome.

      – No fireworks
